JFDA refers web page promoting smuggled drugs to cybercrime unit

AMMAN — The control and inspection teams of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA), in coordination with the Royal Department for Environmental Protection, seized a smuggled drug being promoted through a pharmaceutical web page on a social media platform.اضافة اعلان

JFDA’s Director-General Nizar Mahmoud Al-Mheidat said that the control and inspection teams tracked the page’s advertisements until it was seized. He said necessary measures will be taken, including referring the web page to the Cybercrime Unit at the Public Security Directorate.
