AMMAN— Mayor of the Greater
Irbid Municipality Nabil Al-Kofahi said that the municipality is moving forward with its development project along with raising the level of services it provides to citizens, according to Khaberni News.

Under the mayor’s patronage in the celebration of the Land of Peace Center for Development and Human Rights for the 8th anniversary of its founding, Kofahi pointed out that the municipality’s developmental role is based on three pillars, which are digital transformation towards a smart city, investment, and social responsibility.
Kofahi stressed that the municipality’s 2030 vision takes into account the social responsibility aspect by transforming the municipality into a green, smart and attractive city, capable of achieving human happiness.
He pointed out that giving youth and women the necessary attention to develop their knowledge and skills is the most effective way to enhance their chances of entering the labor market, contending that the municipality's investment orientation in partnership with the private sector and networking with it is also concerned with helping to find job opportunities for them.
