AMMAN — HRH Crown Prince Hussein inspected the one-stop shop service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the Amman Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, Al-Ghad News reported. The one-stop shop offers multiple government services to customers, including investors, giving them the convenience of completing paperwork, such as paying taxes and business registration and licensing, all in one place. The Crown Prince toured the facility and spoke to officials and clients there. The one-stop shop comprises desks of several government departments, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, the Department of Land Survey, Jordan Food and Drug Administration, Sales Tax, Notary Public and the Department of Civil Status and Passports, among others. Last year, the facility handled 198,000 transactions. Last year, the facility handled 198,000 transactions.
