An official military source responsible for the general command of the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army said that the rules of engagement were followed, which led to the smugglers fleeing into Syria.

After searching the area, large quantities of narcotics were found.

The source confirmed that the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army, will deal firmly with any infiltration or smuggling attempt to ensure the protection of the borders.
