The court decided, during its Tuesday morning fourth public session, headed by Judge Sharaf Abu Latifa, to extend the detention of the three defendants until next Tuesday, and not to hear one of the witnesses in the case, the father of a child who survived the incident, after the defense attorneys decided that they did not want to discuss it.

The case file includes a report submitted by five experts on the causes of the collapse of the building. The Amman Public Prosecutor had formed a special technical committee to determine the exact causes of the building collapse and identify the persons responsible for it.
