Citizens Now Able to Visit Any Notary Public in Jordan Regardless of Residence

Minister of Justice Dr. Bassam Samir Al-Talhouni confirmed that citizens can now visit any Notary Public office across the Kingdom to complete their transactions, regardless of their place of residence. This follows the Amended Notary Public Law of 2025 coming into effect today after its publication in the Official Gazette.اضافة اعلان

Al-Talhouni explained that prior to the amendment, the law restricted citizens from processing transactions except through the Notary Public corresponding to their specific place of residence. The new amendment simplifies procedures for citizens, in line with Royal directives and vision.
