Arab League commends Jordan's initiative to set up education affairs council

AMMAN—The Arab League Economic and Social Council, on Thursday, hailed Jordan's initiative to set up "Council of Arab Ministers Responsible for Education Affairs.", according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

The council's establishment is part of an effort to support the implementation of relevant decisions of the Arab summits and the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO).

The statement came at the conclusion of the 109th session of the Social Committee of the Economic and Social Council, held in Cairo.
