He noted that the total funding allocated under this agreement reaches JOD 1 million as part of the 2026 financing plan of the Development and Employment Fund. This aims to enable youth across all governorates of the Kingdom to establish small home-based projects in various vocational, artisanal, and technical fields.

For his part, Al-Wreikat outlined the terms and criteria of the financing program, which include:

The applicant must be Jordanian, aged between 18 and 45.

The applicant must hold a professional license in accordance with current legislation.

The interest-free loan value ranges between JOD 1,000 and JOD 3,000 per project.

A grace period of up to 3 months from the date of signing the financing agreement.

A repayment period extending up to 60 months.

Al-Wreikat highlighted that the Fund aims to support and motivate youth to establish small, medium, and entrepreneurial projects that provide a dignified livelihood for them and their families. He invited eligible VTC graduates to visit the various DEF branches located throughout the Kingdom.
