Military: Thwarting Two Drug Smuggling Attempts via Balloons

The Eastern Military Zone thwarted two attempts to smuggle a large quantity of narcotics early Thursday morning on its front, which were carried by electronically guided balloons.اضافة اعلان

Border Guard units, in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department, managed to monitor and intercept the balloons, successfully bringing down their cargo within Jordanian territory. The seized items have been referred to the competent authorities for the necessary legal action.
