5 smugglers killed in cross-border clashes

AMMAN — On Saturday, a military official said that the armed clashes between Jordanian Border Guard forces and the Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) with smugglers at the Syrian border resulted in five smugglers killed, 15 arrested, and one injured.
