AMMAN — The Jordan Rally Championship is entering its decisive stages as competition intensifies among drivers and co-drivers for top positions in the overall standings, released two days ago following the fifth round held last Friday. The narrow point margins promise added excitement for the upcoming sixth round.

Sheikh Bader Al-Fayez leads the overall drivers' standings with 152 points, holding off strong competition from Mohammad Al-Sharfa in second place, 34 points behind. Shaker Jweihan sits third, just 41 points off the lead, while Shadi Shaban maintains fourth position, trailing Jweihan by 22 points.
Further down the leaderboard, the battle is equally fierce: only 5 points separate Saqer Abu Jamous in fifth from his father, Issa, in sixth. Nancy Al-Majali in seventh and Farah Zakaria in eighth are separated by just 1 point, while only 4 points divide Alaa Al-Dabbas Aref in ninth and Sami Fleifel in tenth.
In the co-drivers' category, Ata Al-Hmoud holds a firm lead with 145 points, maintaining a comfortable 48-point margin over his closest pursuer, Mustafa Jumaa. However, competition behind them is heating up, with just 8 points separating Samer Issa in third from Fayez Al-Qammaz in fourth.
Dawood Abu Jamous holds fifth place with 78 points, followed by Zaid Abu Zaid in sixth (62 points), Yazan Jumaa in seventh (59 points), Dhergham Ristem in eighth (37 points), Salameh Al-Qammaz in ninth (27 points), and Emad Jumaa in tenth (22 points).
