Lydia Musleh wins gold in 2023 West Asian Triathlon Championship

AMMAN — National team triathlete Lydia Musleh was crowned the gold medalist on Saturday in the 2023 West Asian Triathlon Championship hosted by Kuwait, the Jordan Olympic Committee reported.اضافة اعلان

Musleh was able to clinch first place and the gold medal after finishing the race in a time of 1 hour and 11 minutes, surpassing Kuwaiti athlete Najla Al-Jeriwi who came in second with a time of 01:17:11.



Another Kuwaiti athlete, Huda Al-Saleh, came in third place after finishing the race with a time of 01:19:44.

In addition, national team athlete Maryam Shaaban came in fourth place with a time of 01:22:16.
