Como came from behind to beat Napoli 2-1 in Naples on Sunday, inflicting on the Serie A champions their first-ever league defeat on home soil in Como's 14th visit to the southern club's stadium, as round two of the new season got underway.

Como had stunned Italian football last season under Spanish coach Cesc Fabregas, finishing fourth to qualify for the Champions League ahead of Milan, Juventus and Atalanta. Napoli had won all 12 previous meetings between the sides in Naples before Como first avoided defeat there with a scoreless draw last November.
Como deservedly took the lead through Croatian midfielder Martin Baturina, who received the ball from Senegal's Assane Diao with his back to goal, turned, and fired it into the net in the 17th minute. Napoli, under new coach Massimiliano Allegri — who began his tenure with a 2-0 win over Genoa in the opening round — equalized through Denmark's Rasmus Hojlund, who feinted a pass inside the box before finding the net through a crowd of legs in the 30th minute.
But a costly error from Cameroon's Frank Anguissa to Kosovo's Amir Rrahmani let Como retake the lead: Baturina intercepted the ball and set up Greek forward Anastasios Douvikas, who slotted it home in the 34th minute. Despite five substitutions from Allegri in the second half — including Belgium's Kevin De Bruyne, who had started on the bench — the score held until the final whistle, giving Como their first win of the season after opening with a 1-1 draw away to Udinese.
The defeat comes ahead of a tough trip for Allegri's side to Milan next Saturday to face defending champions Inter, who host Cagliari the following Sunday.
