The South Korean car maker claims that the seventh generation Elantra has become the most advanced in its class.

The 2022 Elantra is longer, wider, and more powerful in design, and it includes a wide range of advanced technologies and features. The all-new design of the Elantra is another step forward and represents an ongoing success for the brand that debuted three decades ago in 1990.

The new model features superior finishing within the car’s interior and exterior, reflecting in its new look Hyundai’s “sensuous sportiness”. The new Elantra is also equipped with an elaborate chassis that, as Hyundai describes, allows the driver to enjoy its distinct sporty character. With these new improvements, the Elantra has become the most attractive compact sedan in the market, offering a more advanced driving experience.

The all-new Elantra stands out on the road with its bold style. The combination of its bumper and wide grille connected to the headlights gives the model a more aggressive look.

The front grille also gives the car a futuristic appearance, and the sharp sides on the edge of the bumper and the air intakes are essential features of the new generation of Elantra. The side of the car is distinguished by its wide size and clear lines in the new model, in addition to the longer hood, elegant roof line, and the sideline with sharp edges that emphasize Elantra’s sporty character. Additionally, the three-dimensional surfaces elaborately stand out while the two exterior mirrors blend in with the rest of the elegant design elements. The sporty influence is also evident in the design of the alloy wheels, which come in either 15-inch steel, or 15, 16, and 17-inch alloys.

Further improvements have been made to the rear of the Elantra, which features an apron that expresses stability and futuristic technology.

The elegant finish of the integrated LED taillights and the black surface trim under the glass give the car a coupe-like style, and the final look is complemented by the elegant touches of the trunk lid.

The new Elantra is characterized by more improvements and changes to the interior design, as the size of the interior has increased significantly, providing more space and comfort for passengers.

Hyundai claims that the driver would feel the sporty character of the car while driving, thanks to the low and wide body. In front of the driver, there is a 10.25-inch cluster screen, an AVN screen integrated with a single glass cover to display clear images.

Buyers can choose between a full-size TFT-LCD cluster, which displays all essential information on a digital color screen, or a conventional 4.2-inch LCD cluster.

The gear changing lever has been improved in shape and height to increase gearshift efficiency, giving the driver a smoother driving experience.

The Elantra comes with two powerful petrol engines, and the engine is connected to a six-speed manual transmission or automatic transmission, to turn road driving into a real pleasure for both the driver and passengers.

Hyundai continues to prioritize safety innovations across its product line, so the 2022 Elantra is equipped with a wide range of features aimed at protecting occupants. As such, occupant protection is enhanced by a highly rigid body that absorbs noise and vibration. The six airbags in the front and sides and the highly responsive braking system provide additional safety.

Drivers and passengers can also take advantage of new technical safety features including the Rear Seat Passenger Alert (ROA) system that detects and reminds the driver to check the rear seat doors. The new car is also equipped with a wireless charger for smartphones, which helps prevent overheating and provides faster charging.

The Elantra features an advanced infotainment system that includes Bluetooth multi-connection, integrated voice recognition, and a 10.25-inch color LCD screen with intelligent navigation.

A 3.8-inch mono TFT-LCD audio display and 8-inch audio display are available, while the Bose premium sound system delivers exceptional sound quality through its eight high-performance speakers.
