The cases involve companies and individuals with financial liabilities under the Income Tax Law and the General Sales Tax Law.
This move is part of the government's broader efforts to ease the burden on economic sectors, encourage compliance, and allow businesses and investors to regularize their tax status. The aim is to promote business continuity, expansion, and remove obstacles that could hinder growth and investment in the Kingdom.
