Housing Bank Sponsors the 61st Annual International Diplomatic Charity Bazaar for Mabarrat Um Al Hussein

Housing Bank sponsored the 61st Annual International Diplomatic Charity Bazaar organized in support of Mabarrat Um Al Hussein, held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Basma bint Talal. The event saw the participation of over 50 embassies and diplomatic missions, both Arab and foreign, accredited to the Hashemite Royal Court.اضافة اعلان

The bank’s sponsorship of this annual event reflects its appreciation for the vital role of Mabarrat Um Al Hussein, and comes as part of its “Imkan Al-Iskan” Corporate Social Responsibility Program, specifically under the social empowerment sector, which focuses on providing direct support to beneficiaries and enhancing the role of civil society organizations.

The proceeds from the bazaar, which featured diplomatic participation and was held at Al Hussein Youth City in Amman, will be fully allocated to support shelter, educational, health, social, recreational, and counseling services for orphans and children from broken families residing at Mabarrat Um Al Hussein, aged between 6 and 18 years.

It is worth noting that Mabarrat Um Al Hussein was founded in 1958 by the late Queen Zein Al-Sharaf, with the mission of providing social, educational, psychological, and legal counseling services to children, in addition to offering humanitarian, material, and in-kind assistance, as well as training and guidance programs.
