The award, the second of its kind for QAIA this year, was based on the 2024 Airport Service Quality Survey.
Representing Airport International Group, Diala Haobsha, Head of Customer Information and Satisfaction, accepted the honor during a ceremony attended by more than 800 senior airport executives, customer experience leaders, and industry experts from around the world.
In addition to the award, QAIA was recognized for renewing its Level 3 Customer Experience Accreditation, valid through February 2026. The achievement underscores the airport’s commitment to delivering reliable, efficient, and traveler-focused services to millions of passengers each year.
Held under the theme "Reimagining the Individual Experience," this year’s summit spotlighted how airports are embracing artificial intelligence, biometrics, immersive technology, and human-centered design to craft seamless and memorable journeys, while also rethinking workplace culture. Discussions covered global passenger trends, future workplace values, enhanced hospitality, and strategies driving airport growth.
Commenting on the recognition, Airport International Group CEO Nicolas Deviller said: "We dedicate these honors to the travelers who trust us, the employees who give their best every day, and the partners who stand with us at every step. In a competitive industry, these awards reaffirm that it is our hospitality and quality of service that set Queen Alia International Airport apart."
Looking ahead, Deviller said the airport will continue investing in terminal and airside facilities to deliver smoother travel experiences: "Our goal is to make every journey feel like home. As travel expectations evolve, we will lead with new ideas, advanced technology, and a human-first approach, ensuring QAIA remains a source of pride for Jordan and a welcoming gateway to the world."
