Amman Stock Exchange records JD 5.6 million in trading volume

The total trading volume at the Amman Stock Exchange on Monday reached JD 5.6 million, with 3.3 million shares traded through 3,056 transactions.

As for price levels, the general index of share prices closed at 3,049 points, marking a decrease of 0.04%.

Out of the 97 companies whose shares were traded today, 33 saw an increase in their share prices, while 32 recorded a decline.

At the sector level, the industrial index rose by 0.46%, while the services index dropped by 0.18% and the financial index declined by 0.10%.
