Al-Saeideh called on distribution companies to enhance their readiness and respond promptly and professionally to any inquiries or complaints. He stressed the importance of cooperation between distribution companies and subscribers to ensure sustainable electricity supply, implement balanced procedures for managing outstanding financial dues, and urged subscribers to visit company offices to arrange settlements that consider their circumstances and ensure uninterrupted service.
Al-Saeideh clarified that this directive stems from the Commission’s commitment to protecting subscribers’ rights and ensuring the continuity of vital services, while enabling distribution companies to collect their dues fairly and equitably in a way that preserves operational efficiency.
