The source confirmed that there is currently no ceasefire in Gaza, but rather a reduction in the pace of operations.

He noted that the Israeli negotiating delegation, led by Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer, will meet with U.S. officials, including U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of U.S. President Donald Trump.

He explained that the negotiations are expected to last days, not weeks, adding that President Trump is pressuring both parties to reach an agreement.
