In a statement, the Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem reported that dozens of ultra-Orthodox settlers entered Al-Aqsa and performed provocative Talmudic and Torah rituals within its courtyards.
According to the department, a total of 358 settlers stormed the mosque, including:
140 activists from “Temple” groups,
209 students from “Temple” institutes, and
9 members of the Israeli intelligence services.
Settler incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque continue throughout the week, except on Fridays and Saturdays, as “Temple” organizations persist in their efforts to Judaize the site with unwavering support from the Israeli occupation government.
