Medical sources reported today, Wednesday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 66,225, the majority being children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation aggression on October 7, 2023.

The sources added that the number of injuries has reached 168,938, while many victims remain trapped under the rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and civil defense teams.
Over the past 24 hours, 77 new fatalities and 222 injuries were reported in Gaza hospitals. Since March 18, 2025, following violations of the ceasefire by the occupation, the total number of deaths and injuries reached 13,357 and 56,897, respectively.
Additionally, in the past 24 hours, 2 deaths and 44 injuries were reported among those receiving humanitarian aid, bringing the total fatalities of aid recipients admitted to hospitals to 2,582, with over 18,974 injuries.
