According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), a slight drop in temperatures is forecast for Monday. The weather will remain cold in most areas and mild in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Clouds at various altitudes are expected, with active southwesterly winds stirring up dust, particularly in desert areas.

Maximum and minimum temperatures are expected as follows (°C):
 • East Amman: 17 / 7
 • West Amman: 15 / 5
 • Northern Highlands: 13 / 3
 • Sharah Highlands: 12 / 2
 • Badia regions: 19 / 6
 • Plains: 17 / 7
 • Northern Jordan Valley: 22 / 10
 • Southern Jordan Valley: 25 / 13
 • Dead Sea: 24 / 12
 • Aqaba Gulf: 24 / 13

On Monday, temperatures will drop slightly, with cold conditions prevailing across most areas and mild weather continuing in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Clouds at different altitudes will appear, and active southwesterly winds are expected to raise dust in desert regions.

At night, the weather will turn very cold as the Kingdom gradually comes under the influence of a weather depression centered over Cyprus. Conditions will shift from partly cloudy to cloudy, with rain showers affecting northern and central regions and parts of the southwestern areas. During the late night hours, rainfall may become heavy at times, accompanied by thunderstorms and hail in parts of northern and central Jordan. Winds will be active southwesterly, with strong gusts reaching 50–60 km/h.

The JMD warns of the risk of flash floods during the late night hours, particularly in the northern and central Jordan Valley, as well as valleys and low-lying areas in northern and central regions, due to heavy rainfall and strong wind gusts.

Reduced horizontal visibility is also expected due to dust in desert areas, and because of fog and low clouds touching the ground over mountainous regions. This may increase the risk of slippery roads at the onset of rainfall, prompting motorists to exercise caution while driving.

By early Tuesday morning, the influence of a very cold polar air mass associated with the depression over Cyprus will intensify, leading to a noticeable drop in temperatures. The weather will be very cold, cloudy, and rainy across most regions.

Rainfall may be heavy at times, accompanied by thunderstorms and hail in some areas. During the early morning hours, there is a chance of light snow showers over high mountain peaks, occasionally mixed with rain, with the possibility of limited accumulation over the high southern mountains (Al-Sharah). Winds will be active westerly, with strong gusts reaching 50–60 km/h, raising dust in desert areas. Rainfall will gradually weaken during the night hours.

On Wednesday, temperatures are expected to rise slightly. The weather will remain cold in most areas, with a continued chance of intermittent light rain showers in northern and central regions and limited parts of the southwest. By evening, conditions will tend toward stability, with active westerly winds continuing.
