In its report, the Jordan Meteorological Department warns of the dangers of direct exposure to sunlight for extended periods during peak hours, slippery roads in areas experiencing rainfall, the risk of flash floods in valleys and low-lying areas in the south and east of the Kingdom, and reduced horizontal visibility due to dust—occasionally dropping to zero on external roads, especially in desert areas. It also urges the public not to leave children inside closed vehicles even for a short period, to avoid leaving fire residues and cigarette butts in forested areas, not to leave flammable materials inside vehicles, and to drink plenty of fluids, especially water.

On Thursday, temperatures will drop slightly, with hot conditions over high mountain areas and extremely hot weather elsewhere. Some medium and high-altitude clouds are expected, and winds will be moderate northwesterlies, occasionally becoming active.

On Friday, the impact of the heatwave on the Kingdom will begin to recede, with temperatures dropping. The weather will be relatively hot over high mountain areas and hot elsewhere, with moderate northwesterly winds occasionally becoming active.

The weather will be relatively hot in most areas and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be moderate northwesterlies, occasionally stirring dust in desert areas.
