Amman,The impact of the dust wave is expected to subside today, Sunday, across most regions of the Kingdom, with a noticeable rise in temperatures. The weather will be sunny and pleasantly mild in most areas, and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be moderate southeasterlies.
The Meteorological Department warned in its report of reduced horizontal visibility due to dust, especially in desert areas.
According to the report, another noticeable rise in temperatures is forecast for tomorrow, Monday, with readings expected to exceed their seasonal averages by about 9–10°C. The weather will be sunny and generally warm, with moderate southeasterly winds that may become active at times, raising dust particularly in desert regions.
On Tuesday, temperatures will drop noticeably. The weather will be relatively cool in most regions and relatively warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with clouds appearing at various altitudes. Winds will be moderate westerlies, becoming active at times and causing dust, especially in desert areas.
On Wednesday, conditions will remain relatively cool in most regions and relatively warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Some low-altitude clouds are expected, particularly over the northern and central parts of the Kingdom. Winds will be active westerlies, stirring dust especially in desert regions.
