Jordanian national sport climbing athlete Joud Farkouh concluded her participation today in the 20th Asian Games, Nagoya 2026, marking Jordan’s first-ever appearance in sport climbing at the Asian Games.

Farkouh competed in the Speed 4 event alongside 16 other athletes, recording times of 15.58, 16.38, 16.67, and 16.43 seconds, but was unable to advance to the next round.
Jordan’s participation in sport climbing will continue tomorrow, Wednesday, with national team athlete Omar Abu Hamto competing in the men’s speed climbing event.
