New vaccination center opens in Zarqa

AMMAN — Zarqa’s health directorate on Monday inaugurated a new COVID-19 vaccination center at the Rufaida College for nursing in Rusaifa. Zarqa health affairs director, Khalil Al-Rawahneh said that the center’s staff will begin working on Tuesday, provided its visitors are registered on the Ministry of Health’s vaccination platform, the Jordan New Agency, Petra reported. He added that the new facility was opened with support from the Ministry of Health and the National Center for Crises and Security Management, noting that there are now 11 immunization centers in Zarqa.
