AMMAN — Jabal Amman Publishers won the
"Excellence in Publishing in the Global Track" award at the
RiyadhInternational Book Fair this week in the Saudi capital of Riyadh.

The book fair included more than a thousand publishing
houses from across region and the world.
The award aims to encourage publishing houses, enable
innovation in the field of publishing, and keep abreast of new technologies.
Saudi deputy minister of culture,
Hamid bin Muhammad Fayez, honored the winners in a closing ceremony held at the fair’s
headquarters in
Riyadh, in the presence of the head of the Literature,
Publishing and Translation Authority, Muhammad Hassan Alwan.
Jabal Amman Publishers won the award thanks to the quality
of their publications in the last five years, their diversity and
specialization, commitment to professional standards, and excellence in design
and production.
The Director-General of Jabal Amman Publishers, Sinan
Sweiss, expressed in a press statement his happiness at receiving the award.
He added: "The constant interaction with our readers
and their reactions has always been a source of inspiration for us, and the
need to produce content related to the needs and aspirations of our audience is
a basis for the success of the publishing industry and the production of
knowledge.”
Jabal Amman Publishers specializes in books on
entrepreneurship, design and marketing, and has several publications in
children's literature, in addition to a digital arm to produce reading
applications for schools and individual.
