Blackout to affect some areas in northern governorates

AMMAN — Irbid District Electricity Company announced on Sunday its intention to disconnect electric power from limited areas in the northern region, including in Irbid, Ajloun and Jerash on Monday, in order to maintain and improve the quality of the networks, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. اضافة اعلان

The company said in a statement on Sunday that the expected time of the outage is from 9:30am to 4pm, according to Petra. 

The company stated that the outage will extend from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
