Specialized
Islamic Finance, a subsidiary of Specialized Leasing and a member of the
Housing Bank Group, has received approval from the Jordan Securities Commission
to issue Islamic finance Sukuk with a total nominal value of JOD 10 million.

The issuance consists of Sukuk with a nominal value of JOD 10,000 each and will
be registered and offered for public subscription under the ‘Mudaraba Mutlaqa
(unrestricted)’ structure.
The
approval marks an important step in the company’s development and reflects its
compliance with the regulatory requirements governing Islamic finance
instruments.
It also supports the company’s plans to expand its presence in the
market and build on its growing portfolio of Sharia-compliant financing
solutions.
The
Sukuk issuance forms part of Specialized Islamic Finance’s strategy to
diversify its funding sources and support the efficient deployment of capital
in line with its business plans.
It also reflects its approach to measured and
sustainable growth, while strengthening its capacity to respond to evolving
market and customer needs.
The
issuance will further support the company’s ability to provide a broad range of
Islamic financing solutions, including financing for vehicles, real estate,
goods, commodities, equipment, and other Sharia-compliant products.
The Sukuk
will offer investors an expected return of 6% over a three-year term, with
profit distributions made quarterly throughout the Sukuk’s tenure.
The
subscription period began on Monday, 28 September 2026, and will close on the
evening of Sunday, 11 October 2026.
It
is worth noting that Specialized Islamic Finance commenced operations earlier
this year with a capital of JOD 30 million.
Its financing solutions combine
digital capabilities with a focus on transparency, accessibility, and service
efficiency, serving a diverse range of customer segments.
Through its approach
to Islamic finance, the company aims to broaden access to Sharia-compliant
financing while supporting the development of Jordan’s financial sector and the
wider economy.
