AMMAN — Minister of Investment Khairy Amr discussed with his British counterpart Gerry Grimstone investment ties between the two Kingdoms and ways to enhance them and benefit from the UK’s experience attracting investments in developing infrastructure, according to Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The ministry, in a statement on Thursday, said that Amr also met with Minister for Asia and the Middle East Amanda Milling and discussed with her bilateral ties and means to boost them in various spheres.
During the two meetings held in London, Amr briefed the British side on the investment environment in Jordan and the available investment opportunities, namely, in infrastructure and mega projects.
Amr, who is currently visiting the United Kingdom, is scheduled to meet with a number of senior British officials, in addition to a number of meetings with representatives of major companies and investment groups to promote Jordan as a stimulating investment destination.
