Al-Maher and Asas Platforms Announce Their Merger to Unify Efforts in Advancing E-Learning in Jordan
Amman – Yesterday witnessed the signing ceremony of a merger agreement between the educational platforms Al-Maher and Asas, in the presence of several media representatives and a distinguished group of teachers and educational staff from both platforms. This merger comes as part of an effort to combine educational and technical expertise under Asas, a leading platform in digital education, with the aim of providing a more comprehensive and enhanced learning experience for students across different educational levels.
During the ceremony, both parties emphasized that this strategic move aims to improve the quality of educational content and expand the reach of the platform’s services, in line with the latest developments in e-learning.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Alaa Al-Shamali, CEO of Asas, and Mr. Maher Abu Bakr, General Manager of Al-Maher, who affirmed that this merger represents a significant milestone in the development of educational content and student services across all governorates.
Following the merger, Asas will offer comprehensive educational services to Tawjihi students in all streams, as well as to elementary students from grades one through ten, through high-quality video lessons and interactive content delivered by a distinguished team of teachers in Jordan.
The platform also announced that its educational cards are now available at all authorized bookstores across the Kingdom, in addition to direct purchase options through the official website of Asas Educational Platform.
