Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply, Eng. Yarub Al-Qudah, announced that the ministry will complete 100% automation of its procedures and processes next year, enabling easier and faster services while enhancing employee performance efficiency.

During a meeting on Monday with the ministry’s directors from the headquarters and governorates, Al-Qudah said the ministry plays a central and essential role in the economic and administrative reform system, in line with His Majesty the King’s directives and the goals of the Economic Modernization Vision aimed at strengthening the national economy and improving services provided to citizens and all sectors it engages with.
He stressed that winning the Arab Government Excellence Award as the best Arab ministry brings great responsibility to maintain and enhance this level of distinction in the coming period, in line with reform plans and programs, ensuring that all beneficiaries of the ministry feel the continuous impact of development and modernization.
Al-Qudah pointed out that Jordan is a regional leader in excellence, having established numerous awards, most notably the King Abdullah II Award for Government Performance Excellence.
He also instructed that regular meetings be held with ministry directors to discuss proposals for development and modernization, as well as work mechanisms across the ministry’s wide-ranging portfolios.
For her part, the ministry’s Secretary-General, Dana Al-Zoubi, said this achievement reflects the level of progress the ministry has reached in various fields and its engagement with digital transformation. She noted that the ministry, its directorates, and its employees have received several excellence awards in recent years.
She added that the ministry consistently works with a team spirit and a collaborative approach as a foundation for achievement and the realization of its strategic goals. (Petra)
