Gold Prices Drop in Local Markets on Monday

The selling price of 21-karat gold in the local market declined on Monday by 50 piasters compared to Sunday's rates. It was recorded at 95.3 JOD for selling by jewelry shops, against 90.7 JOD for buying.اضافة اعلان

According to the daily price list issued by the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelry and Goldsmith Shops, the selling price of one gram of 21-karat gold dropped from 95.80 JOD on Sunday to 95.3 JOD on Monday. Similarly, the buying price decreased from 91.10 JOD to 90.7 JOD.

The decline affected all other gold carats as well:

24-karat gold: Fell to 109 JOD on Monday, compared to 109.60 JOD on Sunday.

18-karat gold: Recorded at 84.2 JOD, down from 84.70 JOD.

14-karat gold: Reached 66 JOD, compared to 66.30 JOD the previous day.
