When asked who the United States is currently negotiating with, Trump replied: "I don’t want to say that, but we are dealing with the people who are in charge right now."

Diplomatic Movements in Islamabad
The President's remarks come as Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in Islamabad. Meanwhile, the White House announced that American envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will head to Pakistan on Saturday to conduct a new round of talks with Iran regarding ending the war.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told Fox News: "I confirm that Special Envoy Witkoff and Jared Kushner will head to Pakistan tomorrow morning to conduct talks... with representatives of the Iranian delegation."

She further noted that Vice President JD Vance is not expected to be part of the delegation on this particular trip.
