During the call, President El-Sisi reviewed Egypt's efforts to reduce tension and maintain regional security in coordination with regional partners, aiming to prevent the area from sliding into chaos. He noted that Russia, with its international weight and capabilities, is capable of influencing the direction toward ending the war.

The President stressed Egypt's full support for the security of Arab nations and its total rejection of any infringement on their stability or sovereignty under any pretext, affirming that Arab security is an extension of Egyptian national security.

The Palestinian Cause and Gaza
The two leaders discussed ways to restore regional stability, particularly in light of the negative economic impacts of the current war. President El-Sisi highlighted Egypt's priority in:

Continuing the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.

Ensuring the unrestricted flow of sufficient humanitarian aid.

Expediting the reconstruction process in the Strip.

Reviving a political process leading to an independent Palestinian state based on the June 4, 1967 lines, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with international legitimacy and the two-state solution.

President Putin praised Egypt's role in bolstering regional security and expressed his desire to contain the escalation and achieve calm.

The Russia-Ukraine Crisis
The call also addressed the Russia-Ukraine crisis. President El-Sisi reaffirmed Egypt's support for efforts aimed at a political settlement and expressed Egypt's readiness to provide support in this framework—a gesture appreciated by the Russian President.
