Southern Military Region Foils Drone Infiltration Attempt on Western Front

A responsible military source at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army announced that the Southern Military Region, in coordination with military security agencies, successfully thwarted an attempted drone infiltration on its western front within its area of responsibility on Tuesday.اضافة اعلان

The source stated that the Border Guard forces applied the rules of engagement after detecting and tracking the drone, which was then downed inside Jordanian territory and handed over to the relevant authorities for further procedures.

The source emphasized that the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army continues to carry out its duties with utmost efficiency and vigilance to prevent all forms of infiltration and smuggling, in order to safeguard the security and stability of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
