Reaffirms Jordan’s Support for Syria in Combating Terrorism and Extremism His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday sent a cable of condolences to Syrian President Ahmad Al-Shara over the victims of the terrorist attack that targeted St. Elias Church in Damascus, claiming the lives of innocent civilians and injuring others. In the cable, His Majesty expressed, on behalf of the people and government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery. He reaffirmed Jordan’s solidarity with Syria in confronting all forms of terrorism and extremism. His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday sent a cable of condolences to Syrian President Ahmad Al-Shara over the victims of the terrorist attack that targeted St. Elias Church in Damascus, claiming the lives of innocent civilians and injuring others.
 


In the cable, His Majesty expressed, on behalf of the people and government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery. He reaffirmed Jordan’s solidarity with Syria in confronting all forms of terrorism and extremism.

His Majesty also sent a similar cable of condolences to His Beatitude John X Yazigi, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East for the Greek Orthodox Church.
