Seven companies apply to implement fourth petroleum refinery expansion project

AMMAN — The Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company announced that it received offers from Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, and English companies for the fourth Jordan petroleum refinery expansion project, according to Al-Ghad News.اضافة اعلان

The company stressed that due to the importance of this national project, it will make every effort to complete the evaluation process and select the winning bid as quickly as possible while considering the accuracy and quality of the required work.

The Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company had invited the qualified companies and provided them with copies of the bid conditions last January, before answering hundreds of inquiries and planning a visit to the refinery.

The cost of the expansion is expected to exceed $2.6 billion, and the project will be financed by export credit agencies in different countries.
