This represents approximately 62% of the company's capital, reducing the registered capital at the Securities Depository Center to JD123.6 million, from an original JD324.6 million. This reduction was achieved by offsetting a portion of the accumulated losses of the company.

The capital reduction was completed by the center based on the decision of the company's general assembly and the approval of the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply.

The airline announced it would be restructuring its capital amid losses last month.
