Public Security Warns of Slippery Roads and Low Visibility as Snow Accumulates in Rashadiya and Shobak

Snow has begun to accumulate in the Rashadiya area of Tafilah Governorate and the Shobak district of Ma’an Governorate, as the Kingdom continues to be affected by the prevailing weather system.اضافة اعلان

The Public Security Directorate (PSD) has renewed its warnings to citizens regarding the dangers of driving under current conditions, citing hazardous slippage and low horizontal visibility. The Directorate urged the public to strictly adhere to instructions issued by competent authorities.

The PSD emphasized the necessity of avoiding travel except for cases of extreme necessity to ensure public safety. It further stressed the importance of exercising caution and avoiding the risk of using roads experiencing severe weather conditions to protect lives and property.
