Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan inspected Al-Hashmi Al-Shamali Comprehensive Health Center in Marka District and directed the modernization of its medical equipment and devices, the provision of the necessary staff, and the rehabilitation and maintenance of some of its facilities to improve the quality of healthcare services provided to patients.

The center serves around 120,000 people and receives approximately 15,000 patients each month. Established in 1999, it consists of three floors covering 1,800 square meters on a three-dunum plot of land.
The center has received accreditation from the Health Care Accreditation Council and provides emergency and ambulance services, general medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, maternal and child health services, dentistry, psychiatry, nutrition, rehabilitation, dermatology, gynecology and physiotherapy, in addition to laboratory and pharmacy services.
