He also ordered the rehabilitation of its workshops and classrooms, the installation of a public safety system, the establishment of a new multipurpose hall, the modernization of a computer laboratory, and the maintenance of several facilities.
Hassan further directed that the academy be equipped with the necessary devices and equipment to enhance its training services and attract more young men and women, enabling them to acquire the skills and vocational qualifications needed to enter the labor market.
Established in 1986, the academy has 13 workshops and classrooms used to deliver training programs. It currently has 393 male and female trainees and operates on both morning and evening shifts.
The academy offers seven training programs in food and beverage production and service, German language, and other vocational fields in demand in the labor market.
The employment rate among the academy's graduates stands at around 65%. Last year, the academy graduated 440 male and female trainees.
