The ministry’s media spokesperson, Mahmoud Hayasat, stated that 45,325 students from the academic stream will sit for the Geography exam at 10:00 AM. Meanwhile, 522 students from the 2007 generation and prior will take exams in Geography (Literary Stream), Geography for Universities/Colleges (Hospitality Stream), and Tafsir, Quranic Sciences, Hadith, and Prophetic Biography (Sharia Stream).

Hayasat urged students to arrive at the examination halls at least half an hour before the exam starts, bringing valid identification. He emphasized that electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the halls, and students must not tamper with the answer booklets.

He noted that the ministry provides a pen, three pencils, an eraser, and a sharpener for each student, advising them not to bring their own stationery.

Furthermore, Hayasat stressed the importance of verifying and writing names and seating numbers in the designated spaces on the question sheet, the optical mark recognition (OMR) bubble sheet, and the answer booklet. He advised students to carefully read the instructions at the beginning of the exam paper—which outline the number of questions and pages—before starting.

He highlighted that multiple-choice questions must be shaded exclusively with a pencil on the OMR sheet, while open-ended or essay questions must be answered with a pen in the answer booklet.

He also urged students to remain mindful of the remaining time and ensure all answers are completely shaded on the OMR sheet, noting that candidates will only be permitted to leave the examination room after the official duration concludes and once the question paper, OMR sheet, and answer booklet have all been submitted.
