Official Holiday Announced for April 30th to Mark International Workers' Day

In celebration of International Workers' Day, which falls on the first of May, Prime Minister Jafar Hassan issued an official circular today declaring Thursday, April 30, 2026, an official holiday.اضافة اعلان

The holiday applies to all ministries, government departments, public institutions and authorities, official universities, municipalities, joint service councils, the Greater Amman Municipality, and companies wholly owned by the government.
