During the visit, Al-Badour received a detailed briefing from the hospital administration covering the level of healthcare services provided, operational needs across various departments, and key challenges faced by medical and administrative staff.

The minister toured several hospital departments and met with patients and visitors, listening to their feedback regarding service quality.
