The Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army evacuated the 35th group of sick children from the Gaza Strip on Monday under the Jordanian Medical Corridor initiative, in implementation of the Royal Directives.

The latest group consists of 20 sick children accompanied by 20 family members. They were transported to Jordan to receive treatment and medical care at several Jordanian hospitals, as part of the Kingdom’s ongoing humanitarian and medical efforts to support Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
The evacuation operations, which began in March 2025, are being carried out in cooperation and coordination between the Jordanian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization, in accordance with approved health procedures and standards to ensure that sick children receive the necessary medical care.
The initiative reflects the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan’s humanitarian and medical role in supporting Palestinians and alleviating their suffering amid the difficult humanitarian conditions in Gaza. It also aims to provide essential healthcare to those most in need.
Through the continuation of these efforts, Jordan reaffirms its commitment to supporting Palestinians and strengthening the humanitarian and medical response under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, helping ease the suffering of sick and injured people and ensuring they receive treatment and care.
