The Ministry stated that the operations room will be responsible for receiving remarks and inquiries from students and the local community, and for preparing a daily report that includes these observations and the measures taken to address them.
The Ministry circulated the operations room contact numbers to directors of departments at the Ministry’s headquarters and to Directors of Education, and also published them for the local community on its official website and social media pages, as follows:
