A team including cadres from the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship clinched first place in the "FLAG THE HACK" cybersecurity competition. The specialized event was organized by Fortinet in the capital, Amman, under the patronage of the National Cyber Security Center (NCSC), drawing a elite group of cybersecurity specialists and experts from various relevant institutions and entities across the Kingdom.

The team's victory came after achieving the highest scores in a series of advanced technical challenges focused on cyber threat detection, incident analysis, and response. These challenges took place within simulated operational environments mimicking real-world cyberattack scenarios and Security Operations Centers (SOC).
"FLAG THE HACK" is a specialized global competition organized by Fortinet across several countries to develop the skills of cybersecurity professionals and enhance their practical capabilities in monitoring, analysis, and security incident response. The Jordanian edition of the competition was held in Amman with the participation of numerous specialists and experts in the field.
