During a business dinner hosted this past Monday by the founder and CEO of "Replit," Jordanian entrepreneur Amjad Masad, His Royal Highness reviewed the workflows of the National Council for Future Technology, which aims to enhance government efficiency across service, educational, and innovation sectors.
His Royal Highness pointed out that the Kingdom has become a regional hub for global tech giants such as Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, and Samsung, thanks to skilled Jordanian professionals in the technology sector who have firmly established their presence in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The meeting explored potential avenues of cooperation with Jordan, given its attractive investment advantages, well-prepared digital infrastructure, and talented young local workforce capable of reaching global markets.
The attendees included representatives from companies operating in vital sectors such as artificial intelligence (AI), financial technology (FinTech), advanced Software as a Service (SaaS), smart engineering simulation systems, and digital educational platforms.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Sami Smeirat, Jordan's Ambassador to Washington Dina Kawar, and the Director of the Office of HRH the Crown Prince, Zeid Baqain.
